My services consist of the sourcing, preparation and conducting of training packages as well as the follow up assessment of training effectiveness and key performance achievements with each participant.

This programme has been very successful in beginning the process of encouraging participants to look at their motivation, their self awareness, why they behave the way they do and how they can use their knowledge, expérience et les compétences à leur avantage.
