I deliver extensive training and upskilling programmes for both Corporate clients and Jobseekers, and those who are distant from the labour market.

My services consist of the sourcing, preparation and conducting of training packages as well as the follow up assessment of training effectiveness and key performance achievements with each participant.

They also include the design and delivery of coaching and mentoring services to explore perceived gaps in skills or attitudes with the objective of enhancing their personal development, job effectiveness and competitiveness.

This programme has been very successful in beginning the process of encouraging participants to look at their motivation, their self awareness, why they behave the way they do and how they can use their knowledge, experience and skills to their advantage.

Everybody can benefit from this programme; it looks at modules on Building Rapport, the Importance of Positive Body Language, Listening Skills, How you Present Yourself, Job Search Skills and your Personal Brand.

CV and Interview Skills

An interview is a sales pitch in itself, just as if the person is selling a product or service. However in this case they are selling themselves, their skills and their experience. This programme is delivered with a sales perspective in mind: what are the needs of the organisation they are applying to? What are the key outcomes that are expected from the role you are interviewing for? What are the possible needs of the interviewer themselves, both blatant and hidden? Once you have established this you can then present yourself as a solution to these needs and requirements, and highlight the uniqueness of your skills, knowledge, attitudes and achievements.
